I must have told you that I always have about 10,000 photos of my Artwork on my Computer ~ in additional to about 10,000 of my pictures around my house ~ on paper, canvas, etc. I try to find a moment here and there to process them.
So that bring me to this post. I came across the following Caricatures in one of my travel-folders (I like to bring paper/markers along with me whenever I travel). From quite a few years ago. I've been, of course, learning and developing the whole time since then. But these still hold muster. They were right along with something I had written our about how to draw Caricatures Quickly ~ I'm always feeling like it would be a good idea to have some such Plan ~ one of these days I might actually settle on one. But for now, I still can barely settle on what Style I would be drawing at any given event. It sort of goes with my mood.
Hmmmm..... Perhaps I shouldn't have immediately shredded my How to Draw Caricatures Quickly instructions that I found along with these Caricatures. I'm feeling curious about what I wrote. Even tho ~ at a quick glance ~ I just thought that this had been an outdated path. I'm on to other things now.
So what will I do at my next Event? I will just.... be me.... draw happily..... and Be with the people.

i started out wondering if i could pull it off if i wanted to make a person at an event look like she's upside down,
but then i also got involved in a new color approach. for th times when i think this fragmented coloring is needed.
yes ~ both ideas would work great.

Amazing, talented, professional - so much fun!
We hired Alison for our Roaring '20s-themed prom, and she was absolutely amazing! She was professional, warm, and incredibly talented. The kids were mesmerized watching her work, and the caricatures she created were fun, detailed, and captured each child’s personality perfectly. She added such a special touch to the day and fit right in with our theme. Everyone left with a unique keepsake and a big smile. We highly recommend Alison for any event—she’s a true artist and a joy to work with!

This was the last picture that I drew at a recent event. Already feeling a little (frozen)? Is that the word? But of course I keep drawing. That's what it is to be a professional Artist. I keep drawing in all sorts of moods.
I might be feeling excited to draw, excited to seeee people. Or I might be feeling tired. Or antsy. Or toned down. I might be feeling focused. Or distracted. Happy. Upset. Angry. Wired. Hungry. In The ZOne...... And I draw. Feeling however I'm feeling. Whether at an Event, or alone in my studio. Nobody Always feels One Way.
Party Energy is always my chosen attitude. Even if Frozen. It's like choosing to sing the words to an Upbeat song regardless of how I'm feeling. The group was amazed surprised thrilled....
