It's getting to be that time of year again.
As usual, I'm getting excited.
Looking around here, I came across this Caricature that I drew at a Holiday Party Last Year.
Oh I hope I see this boy again.
Update: Once again, I was just hired to draw at the same Company Party for this year's Party. So that means that I probably will be able to draw this boy again..... Hmmmmm..... will be interesting

I draw so many people's Caricatures. And they're all precious to me.
If the photograph comes out at all useable, I like to keep it ~ remembering our interactions ~ imagining what the people's lives might be like ~ what their experiences had been that brought them to this place ~ wherever we are.
In this case, I was at an event for people who had Cerebral Palsy (and their families and assistants). Only one event, and I have 38 photos that are clear enough to post. I'm so prolific. It's no wonder that I have 10,000 More photographs on my desktop just waiting to get posted. I average 2 or 3 Events per week!

That's just what I thought while I heard a girl amazed and repeating that line over and over behind me. "This is Fun," she kept saying.
We need to loosen up and let go. To be surprised. Not to take everything so seriously. Parties. Pictures. These things are supposed to be
Fun.
