I just discovered this excellent way to Calm down. For when I'm feeling stressed with so much to do all at once. JUST MOVE SLOWER. Slow down your walk. Slow down the movement that your arm makes. Anything. Just slow Down. Feel instantly calmer.
I wonder if this also means that I can Up my energy by just choosing to Move Faster.

Here's an example of what I was writing about in the previous post. A picture of the cutest little children. The little girl was at the age when they're just starting to get Party-Trained; she didn't understand what was going on:-) And the distance between us was too far for me to connect with her. Loud music and a very Long Booth.
The girl didn't stay still for a moment. And she also didn't turn her face to me.
I drew based on a quick glance that I was fortunate enough to have as she crawled down the bench to get to her seat. Then the girl was oh so surprised when she saw the picture that I had magically produced. It was fun to show it to her. I wished I could have spent more time with that, but I was more focused on directing the ridiculous traffic-flow of this Party's Design.

Oh ~ A little comic relief. Here's a photo of me dancing at yesterday's Street Event. The Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter gave me a free spot at the Bully Brigade. (The Bully Brigade had nothing to do with the PTA :-) It was titled to raise awareness about Pit Bulls. (Not bulls, not cows. Pit Bulls are Dogs.)
Anyway, I had the day off, so I went there and sold Face-Painting and Freehand Glitter Tattoos. It was right in my own neighborhood ~ right In Wantagh. Here I am painted as a Tiger, dancing with the lady from Petco ~ I quickly painted her as a Cat.
